Intelligent Membranes Win Cambridgeshire Business of the Year Award
Introducing the award-winning, Intelligent Membranes! The Best Business of the Year 2022 as announced at the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards last week.
The event, which took place at the Cambridge Country Club in Bourn, recognised the innovation, entrepreneurship, and hard work of local businesses at a black-tie gala dinner.
Nominated for two awards, Intelligent Membranes picked up the gold prize for Best Business of the Year with less than 50 employees. The night also saw the world-leading liquid membrane suppliers and installers, collect a silver for Best Enterprising Business.
Brothers and Founders, Adam and Alex White, attended the event alongside a table of Intelligent Membranes’ employees.
The gold accolade was awarded in recognition of Intelligent Membranes’ work over the last calendar year, with their highly sustainable products being used on some the UK’s best Passivhaus projects.
All of the timber frame projects completed by sister company White Haus – Hybrid Bespoke Timber Frame Specialists – used the range of Intelligent Membranes liquid vapour control products. These include Passive Purple, the world’s most airtight liquid applied vapour control membrane.
The business continues to grow with further international demand for products.
