Passive Purple
Passive Purple is the Intelligent Membrane that provides airtightness, vapour control, radon barrier and is even fire proof to Fire Class C – SL, d0 (internal edition) and Fire Class B – S1, d0 (external, retrofit and X edition). It is fast becoming the recognised vcl membrane used worldwide to provide residential and commercial property owners with improved efficiency. It is flexible, watertight and easy to install.
As a rule of thumb you will require 1 brush tin and an airtight tape for every 5 tins of spray that you buy! Our application brush is also designed to make your install seamless!

Passive Purple External is a ready-to-use, liquid-applied facade waterproof membrane designed for both internal and external applications. Applied with an airless spray device or paint roller, it dries to a durable, flexible, and watertight coating that is UV-resistant, vapour-open (damp-open), and built to last. This innovative coating not only protects against moisture but also enhances airtightness and improves energy efficiency by reducing heat loss.
Unlike most competitor products that only achieve a BS Fire Class E rating, Passive Purple External proudly holds a BS Fire Class B certification—delivering significantly higher fire resistance. Simply put, our coating is engineered to protect, while theirs is far more likely to fail under fire.
